What to expect
At Nabi Family Therapy, we believe that healing one part of the family creates waves of change for all. We're committed to making our services accessible because when families feel better, they work together, and so should their healthcare.

Session fees
Transparent pricing for comprehensive family-centered care
Sessions are $175–250, depending on which therapist you are matched with. Sliding scale spots are limited but available.
Individual therapy
50-minute sessions. Adult individual therapy, teen therapy (13-18), ADHD therapy, trauma & PTSD, EMDR.
Family therapy
60-minute sessions. Whole family sessions, parent-child therapy, sibling therapy, intergenerational healing, cultural identity work.
Couples therapy
60-minute sessions. Relationship counseling, pre-marital therapy, intercultural relationships, communication, Gottman Method.
Specialized services
60-90 minute sessions. Family assessments, intensive sessions, workshops, consultation.

In-network plans
We are currently in-network with Cigna PPO, Aetna PPO, Optum/United Health, and Anthem Blue Cross, in California. Availability varies by therapist, please contact us to verify.
Out-of-network
We provide detailed superbills for reimbursement, assistance with claims, documentation for FSA/HSA, and pre-authorization support.

Frequently asked questions
When is payment due?+
Payment is due at the time of each session. We can securely store your payment method for automatic processing.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We require 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
Do you offer payment plans for families?+
Yes. We offer flexible arrangements for families receiving multiple services. Please discuss with our intake coordinator.
How do I use out-of-network benefits?+
We provide a detailed superbill after each session for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
What if I can't afford the full fee?+
We offer sliding scale spots. Our nonprofit partner Entwine Community may also have additional resources.
Are assessments priced separately?+
Yes. Family assessments are priced separately. We provide a detailed estimate before beginning.
